STRATEGIC PLANNING ~ BOARD RETREAT

We certainly made the right decision when choosing Polly to lead our strategic planning session. Our board consists of strong, opinionated leaders who are passionate about what we do, but needed assistance creating a robust, measurable and cohesive plan to reach our goals. Polly kept us on track while making sure everyone’s voice was heard. Not only did we accomplish what we set out to do we also had a lot of fun during the process.
